Felipe geh\u00f6rt zu den verr\u00fccktesten, aber besten um nicht zu sagen versessensten Tequila Brenner. Bei der Herstellung werden zum Beispiel 40% Regenwasser und 60% Quellwasser verwendet. Selbstverst\u00e4ndlich kommt der gr\u00f6sste Teil des Geschmacks von der Agave, aber der Einfluss des Wassers darf nicht vergessen werden.<\/p>\n<p>Die Blue Weber Agaven f\u00fcr Pasote kommen allesamt von Felipe\u2019s Felder im Hochland von Jesus Maria. Dort reifen sie voll aus um anschliessend in traditionellen Backstein-\u00d6fen gekocht zu werden. Ein mechanischer Mahlstein bricht die Fasern auf bevor sie in Edelstahlbeh\u00e4lter fermentiert werden und dann am Schluss doppelt in Kupferbrennblasen gebrannt.<\/p>\n<p>Der Reposado (7-8 Monate) und der A\u00f1ejo (mindestens 18 Monate) werden dann in ehemaligen Bourbon F\u00e4ssern ausgebaut.<\/p>\n<p>In anderen Worten ausgedr\u00fcckt: Pasote ist einer der Tequilas die nach der
