Le nouveau spiritueux vieillit dans un Refill Bourbon Barrel, qui produit un whisky riche, fruit\u00e9 et floral, rappelant le profil de go\u00fbt caract\u00e9ristique du Rosebank original. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une \u00e9tape importante sur la voie du renouveau de la distillerie depuis le d\u00e9but de sa reconstruction en 2019. Ian Macleod Distillers a restaur\u00e9 avec amour de A \u00e0 Z la distillerie situ\u00e9e \u00e0 Falkirk sur son site d&rsquo;origine.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avec un grand souci du d\u00e9tail, la nouvelle distillerie a conserv\u00e9 le format de l&rsquo;unit\u00e9 de production d&rsquo;origine. Des plans des installations d&rsquo;origine ont \u00e9t\u00e9 retrouv\u00e9s et utilis\u00e9s pour reproduire la forme et les caract\u00e9ristiques des alambics de la distillerie d&rsquo;origine. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 partir de 2024, la distillerie Rosebank offrira aux fans du monde entier une exp\u00e9rience de visite haut de gamme, avec la mise au point finale d&rsquo;une s\u00e9rie d&rsquo;espaces impressionnants sur le site historique. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Malcolm Rennie, directeur de la distillerie de Rosebank, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : \u00abNous avons toujours su quelle magie et quelle majest\u00e9 Rosebank renferme, et vous pouvez vraiment sentir cela prendre vie lorsque nous reprenons la production et que nous mettons en bouteille le premier f\u00fbt du nouveau Rosebank Spirit, le f\u00fbt n\u00b0 001\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00abNous avons r\u00e9uni une \u00e9quipe fantastique et nous sommes tous tr\u00e8s excit\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;id\u00e9e de terminer nos premiers cycles de distillation.
