N&rsquo;entrant jamais en contact avec du bois, sa couleur est purement transparente. Tr\u00e8s complexe et multidimensionnel au nez, doux et docile au palais, avec des approches de notes rappelant le sel, des \u00e9pices, des fruits, mais aussi des l\u00e9gumes.
