This gin from Philadelphia Distilling, founded in 2005, has been awarded several gold medals at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. It is made from certified biodynamic ingredients: juniper berries impart fruity, spicy and earthy flavours, lemon and lime peel contribute refreshing citrus notes, which are balanced by sweet and woody angelica. Finally, coriander seeds give the gin a delicate floral and slightly herbal background, allowing the more prominent botanicals to come to the fore. This all leads to an intense but soft body with a complex depth of flavours.
