The FEW Distillery was founded in 2011 in Evanston, Illinois, the home of the temperance movement. The American Gin is based on a mash of corn, wheat and malted barley. It first shows aromas of lemon zest and vanilla before finishing on classic juniper notes – a triumphant gin experience in the classic style.
