The name also symbolises the patience and meticulous care required to produce each individual bottle – reflecting Japanese tradition and expertise.
Fuyu is a strong and generous blend of whiskies from three distilleries around Kyoto on the island of Honshu. It consists of 80% corn and 20% malt and is matured in American oak barrels. This whisky is filtered through diatomaceous earth and reveals deep and complex notes.
