The Helios Distillery is one of the oldest distilleries in Japan. For Kiyomi (“pure beauty”), sugar cane juice ferments for 30 days and is stored in steel tanks for six months after distillation. This means that there is no contact with wood, resulting in a crystal-clear colour; it is multi-layered, full of salty, spicy and fruity notes.
