Calvados Christian Drouin has been based in Coudray-Rabut for three generations and produces the finest ciders and calvados. “Le Gin” was invented by the current managing director Guillaume Drouin. He is an oenologist and agricultural engineer. His passion for the world of flavours and the art of blending soon led him to a new creation, a gin for which he uses 30 different varieties of cider apple. This cider gin is blended with eight other botanicals to create a harmonious overall result. The result smells of apples and also gives a hint of apple on the palate, as well as herbs and spices.
