This limited edition of the 17 year-old Arran Malt was produced from non-peaty, malted barley and developed its current taste sensation through aging in the best sherry barrels. The whiskey does not contain color additives, nor was it cold filtered during the bottling process. This allowed for the preservation of all flavours and taste patterns that make this Single Malt from the Island of Arran so unique. Only 9,000 bottles of The Arran Malt 17 Years were distributed worldwide. This bottling is the second of its kind in a product series that is part of the countdown to the release of The Arran Malt 18 Years in the spring of 2015.
