Cù Bòcan’s latest creations

The Cù Bòcans are distilled in limited quantities every winter at the Tomatin Distillery from lightly peated Scottish barley. They all have a distinctive smoky tang, making them ideal as a starter into the world of peaty whiskies. The additional fresh citrus notes also make them perfect summer whiskies.

The Cù Bòcan Creation series pushes the boundaries of Scotch whisky with experimentation, while paying homage to its protective heritage. As a leading innovator in cask selection, this is not the first time Cù Bòcan has experimented with a new cask type.

The fifth creation has been finished in an incredibly rare type of cask, Andean oak. The blend of the unique characteristics of the Andean oak and the subtle smoke has resulted in notes of lightly charred oak with deep hints of exotic flowers and herbs as well as banana split by the campfire.

Cù Bòcan 12 years old Caribbean Rum Casks Batch #1

Cù Bòcan 12 Year Old takes us back to long Scottish summer nights spent with friends around a campfire on the beach. Cù Bòcan 12 Year Old is matured in Caribbean rum barrels and is fresh with grilled pineapple, ginger and white chocolate.
