Glengoyne 21 Year Old Highland Single Malt Scoops Master Medal

Glengoyne 21 Year Old Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky has been awarded the top gong for quality at this year’s Global Luxury Masters 2017, picking up a Master medal in the super-premium single malt Scotch whisky category. The awards, organised by The Spirits Business, were held at Masala Zone in London and saw a panel of industry experts assess an international array of exclusively super-premium and ultra premium spirits. Glengoyne 21 Year Old was awarded a Masters medal which requires a mark of over 90 out of 100 from the judges.

Glengoyne 21 Year Old is matured exclusively in hand-selected Sherry casks for 21 years. It is described as ‘Christmas cake in a glass’; with spicy strudel, toffee and sherry on the nose, a taste of sherry, honey, oak and a cinnamon nip and a long sherry, spicy warm and dry finish.
